You will get hands-on with cutting-edge real-time technology, exploring and experimenting with interactive 3D environments to bring new visual experiences to life. Your core contribution will involve utilizing real-time tools to develop dynamic interfaces and virtual concepts for future mobility, including the creation of functional prototypes. You will continuously learn and master skills in real-time rendering and interactive design, directly impacting user experience.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Actively collaborate within our interdisciplinary 3D team, focusing on the development of interactive experiences. 
• Design, build, and iterate on dynamic 3D scenes and user interfaces directly within real-time engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal, Rive, Kanzi). 
• Optimize 3D assets (models, textures, animations) for performance and visual fidelity in real-time applications. 
• Develop and refine functional interactive prototypes for testing and presentation of new mobility concepts. 
• Support the creation of compelling interactive demos and presentations of real-time design solutions. 
• Engage closely with UX/UI designers and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and seamless integration of interactive elements.

You are an emerging talent with an inherent curiosity for how interactive 3D experiences are built and optimized. Your passion lies in exploring new real-time technologies, tackling technical challenges, and crafting engaging user journeys within dynamic environments. You thrive in a collaborative setting, eager to learn and apply your skills to push the boundaries of future mobility.
Here’s what we think you need to succeed in this role: 

• A strong creative interest and a degree in design or comparable vocational training. 
• Initial professional experience (approx. 1 year+) or a strong portfolio showcasing relevant real-time 3D skills (e.g., interactive prototypes, game development projects, real-time visualizations). 
• Must have: Foundational knowledge and strong enthusiasm for Unity. Knowledge in Unreal is a big plus!
• Nice to have: Basic software skills in Cinema 4D and/or Blender for asset creation or pre-visualization. Rive skills are also a plus.
• Interest in the Automotive Industry is a big plus. 
• Location: Wiesbaden / Berlin / Munich / Ingolstadt / Prague area (2 days per week in the office required). 
• Occasional national and international travel may be required, but is not mandatory. 
• Fluency in German and good English is required.
