You will assist in exploring new visual experiences and learn to bring them to life by adding spatial and temporal elements, primarily through traditional 3D animation and post-production techniques, to enhance user experience. You'll contribute to innovative visual content for future mobility concepts, constantly learning and growing your skills in cinematic expression.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Be a proactive learner and contributor within our great 20-person 3D Motion Design team. 
• Learn and apply best practices to achieve high visual and technical standards for cutting-edge projects. 
• Primarily focus on classic Motion Design using industry-standard tools like Cinema 4D and After Effects. 
• Develop foundational skills in animation principles visual storytelling. 
• Assist in creating high-quality animated design deliverables and presentations. 
• Learn best practices for collaborating with clients, design leads, and engineering teams.

You possess a budding sense for design, a high willingness to learn, and a curiosity for creative animation and visual solutions that tell a story. You are a dedicated team player with a positive attitude, the ambition to continuously develop your skills, and a user-centric mindset to find excellent solutions for common success.
Here’s what we think you need to succeed in this role: 

• A strong creative interest and a degree in design or comparable vocational training. 
• Initial professional experience (approx. 1 year+) or a strong portfolio showcasing relevant 3D motion skills (e.g., character animation, product visualization, motion graphics). 
• Must have: Foundational knowledge of Cinema 4D (Redshift) and After Effects. 
• Nice to have: Basic software skills in Blender and an interest in Real-Time tools (Unity, Unreal, Rive, and/or Kanzi) for potential future integration. 
• Interest in the Automotive Industry is a big plus. 
• Location: Wiesbaden / Berlin / Munich / Prague area (2 days per week in the office required). 
• Occasional national and international travel may be required, but is not mandatory. 
• Fluency in German and good English is required.
